Like - not having liability insurance and your cleaning product dripped from the nozzle, permanently staining your client's carpet. Your client calls and wants to know how you will reimburse them to have the carpet replaced. Unfortunately, you didn't even know the product would stain! If you don't have the money, your business is DEAD. And you hope that client doesn't find you.
